• CHECK IN:
  
  Between 4pm and 7pm. Please call us if arrival will be later than 7pm.
  Early check in may be available  if your room is ready. Please call on the day of arrival.
• 
  CHECK OUT:
  
  12 noon.
  If guests need extra time after check out, you are welcomed to stay in the common areas.
  
• CANCELLATIONS:
  
  A full refund will be given all days reserved, minus a $35 processing fee received  7 (seven) days or more prior to arrival date.
  For cancellations with less than 7 (seven) days notice, we will refund 1/2 (half) the reservation total.
  Day of arrival cancellations or no shows shall be charged the first night's reservation total.
• PAYMENT METHOD:
  Valid credit card holds reservation.
  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Debit Card, Cash.  Personal checks with proper
  ID are accepted in advance.
• GENERAL NOTES:
  Open year round. Reservations required.
  Our Bed & Breakfast is not suitable for children under 14 years old.
  We are unable to accommodate your pets. We will gladly arrange reservations for highly recommended kennels nearby.
  We are a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast, however an outdoor designated smoking area is available. A $250. cleaning fee will be charged if a guest should ignore our non-smoking policy.
  Please, no candles or open flames in rooms.
  Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

  Off street parking is in the back. Enter from Pine or 1st onto Warren, park in driveway. Entrance around right of house to the front door.
